Directors Statement – A big thanks to all our staff

The Directors of the business would like to thank all our staff for all their efforts in making 2011 a great year.

We have completed over 25000 jobs generating a turnover in excess of 5 million pounds!!!

Well done to you all.

However as you all are already aware 2011 has been a difficult year for many of our customers and we find ourselves as a business being squeezed to make ever more cost savings on our finished product while being hammered by increasing material cost.  2012 is likely to provide as many, if not more challenges than 2011. So continued efforts to achieve on site efficiency, improve IT, communication and generally squeeze every bit of production out of every hour, from every job, is more important than ever.

It’s now more important than ever to share any good ideas that may occur to you that will have a positive effect on the way we work and can contribute to our continued commitment to improvement and in turn the success of the business.

Again a big  thank you  to you all and keep those ideas coming in.
